We offer whole beefs along with custom shares to fit your household's needs. Each share includes a varied mixture of cuts, and we will personally walk you through the options and details when you order.
A half beef needs approximately 16-20 cubic feet.
A quarter needs approximately 7 cubic feet.
You have the option of USDA Certified or custom processed.
